Appearance: Clear, slightly transparent, with a bright ruby color with a reddish tint.
Aroma: Fresh, pleasant, above average intensity. Red berries – red currants, raspberries. Red cherries, menthol, black peppercorns, bell peppers, vanilla, smoke, tobacco, coffee and chocolate.
Palate: Dry, well balanced acidity, velvety tannins of medium strength, balanced alcohol, high complexity, full body, long lasting aftertaste.
Very good wine, with an average period of 5-7 years of aging potential.
Best served at 17-21ºC
