WHITE DRY WINE

TSINANDALI

The Protected Designation of Origin
Location: Tsinandali, Kakheti
Variety: Rkatsiteli (85%), Kakhuri Mtsvane (15%)
Tecnology: Classical
Wine Type: White Dry
Appearance: Clear, bright ray, moderately straw-colored, with a greenish tint.
Aroma: Fresh, pleasant, above average intensity. Citrus fruits – lemon, lime zest. Floral – peach or almond tree flowers. Mineral aromas, yellow fruits – yellow apple, yellow pear, peach, apricot. Tropical fruits – banana peel, pineapple. Green pepper.
Palate: Dry, with pleasant moderate acidity, complex, well-balanced, light body and above-average aftertaste.
Good wine, has the potential of aging for a short period of 2-3 years.

Best served at 7-11ºC

Manavis Mtsvane
WHITE DRY WINE

MANAVIS MTSVANE

Location: Manavi, KakhetiVariety: Kakhuri Mtsvane (100%)
Tecnology: Classical
Wine Type: White Dry
Appearance: Clear, bright, light straw with a greenish tint.
Aroma: Fresh, pleasant, medium intensity. Citrus fruits – lemon, lime zest, grapefruit. Green apple, pear, melon. Fresh herbs – green leaves, cut grass.
Taste: Dry, pleasant with well balanced acidity, complex, well balanced light body and medium aftertaste.

Good wine, has the potential of aging for a short period of 2-3 years.

RKATSITELI

Location: Kakheti
Variety: Rkatsiteli (100%)
Technology: Kvevri (Clay barrel)
Type: Amber dry
Appearance: Clear, with a bright ray, light amber with a golden hue.
Aroma: Clean, pleasant, with a light intensity. Dried fruits – dried apple, dried quince, dried fig. Spices, honey, quince, yellow apple, ripe pear, orange zest.
Taste: Dry with pleasant moderate acidity, light soft tannins, complex, well balanced, moderate body, more than average aftertaste.
Good wine, it has the potential of aging for 3-4 years.
Best served at at 12-15ºC

RED DRY WINE

SAPERAVI

Location: Kakheti
Variety: Saperavi (100%)
Technology: Classical
Type: Red dry
Appearance: Clear, slightly transparent, with a sharp color, ruby with a reddish tint.
Aroma: Clean, pleasant, medium intensity. Red berries – blackberry, black currant, black cherry. jam, smoke, coffee, chocolate, dried plum.
Taste: Dry, moderate acidity, medium strength velvety tannins, balanced alcohol, high complexity, strong body, long aftertaste.
Very good wine, it has the potential of aging for an average period of 5-7 years.
Best served at 14-20ºC

WHITE DRY WINE

KISI-MUSCAT

Location: Kakheti Variety: Kisi (70%), Muscat (30%) Technology: Classical, aged in oak barrels
Type: White dry
Appearance: Clear, with a bright ray, moderately straw-colored with a golden hue.
Aroma: Clean, pleasant, strong intensity. Yellow fruit – peach, apricot. Tropical fruit – pineapple, mango. Citrus – lemon, lime, orange. Floral – chamomile. Spices, honey, dried fruit, oak.
Taste: Dry, with higher than average acidity, harmonious, complex, long-lasting aftertaste.
Very good wine, it has medium aging potential of 3-5 years.

Best served at 9-12ºC
